The following pictures were taken from my iPhone on Election Day. Thought that maybe, just maybe, they might lead to a sarcasm report. Mission accomplished! Woohoo!
6:22pm PST:
Seven minutes later:
Oh, yes. Definitely 50/50. Just flip a coin.
Polling statistics and complex predictive algorithms, baby. That's what I'm talking about.

ReplyDeleteIt's almost as if when the blue line goes down, the red line goes up. Nobody could have predicted that.
In theory, the blue line is constant like the speed of light. Time can warp. Space can distort. But the blue line was supposed to be constant. Weird.
I wonder if CR still claims Trump is at war with the polling data! lol
ReplyDeletemab,
ReplyDeleteGravitational forces were supposed to bend the blue line to 100%, but unfortunately someone rubbed a victory balloon in her hair too soon. The victory balloon stole negatively charged electiontrons!! Shocked nearly everyone!
Which just proves the old saying that the more charge changes, the more they static.
P.S. CR says the future's still bright! Yeah, that's why half the population just took a sledgehammer to the country's reset button, lol. Sigh.
Look, there are many forces at play. Good and evil, right and left.
ReplyDeleteThen there's the strong nuclear family force vs the highly promoted weak nuclear single mother family force.
And then there's the gravitational will of one mass of people trying to force another mass to press charges! These forces are countered by equal and opposite political forces.
Progress is impossible. And yet occasionally it happens.
Yeah. Did you see CR's post about the need to vote against Trump? His lack of neutrality was very disappointing.
ReplyDeleteThat makes me doubt all of his past and future analysis. Maybe we'll see a bunch of analysis now predicting a recession? No way. He'd never talk his political "book" would he?
mab,
ReplyDeleteI'm just grateful that my phone is no longer experiencing electiomagnetic forces!
Anonymous,
ReplyDeleteFor what it is worth, I did not vote for Trump. I am very disappointed that he won.
That said, I don't "need" people to vote the way I do. I link to blogs that are very pro-Trump and very anti-Trump.
I hope he will make America great again. I have major doubts. He will be the president though and I will root for his success.
I agree with you that if CR wants to be seen as neutral when analyzing the economy, then he lost some credibility.
I don't claim to be neutral here. I have an "illusion of prosperity" opinion about our long-term future that is far different than CR's. One of us is wrong. I truly hope it is me. Sigh.
Yeah. I didn't like either Trump or Clinton myself, but as South Park once said via Kyle "It's always a choice between a giant douche and a turd sandwich, so you better get used to it" Really big sigh.
ReplyDeleteIf you've been following global politics for more than a year and you still don't know who the Kenny is, you're the Kenny.
ReplyDeleteI'm not positive who the Kenny is! :(
I'm just grateful that my phone is no longer experiencing electiomagnetic forces!
ReplyDeleteJust think how grateful you'd be if you were no longer experiencing political farces.
Once we have a monopole magnetic benevolent dictator there will be complete political harmony. We will all be able to commiserate!
mab,
ReplyDeleteThis entire election cycle megahurtz. It did not resonate well with me. We need to stop clocking our founding grandfathers!
The media hasn't helped. In fact, the radio's still active with decay!
Speaking of radio:
ReplyDeleteBuild the Wall of Voodoo!
No way!
