Sats are too 'unreliable and stressful', say unions
The tests were often "stressful and demotivating" for pupils, particularly for lower achievers, while "narrowly focused" testing did not take account of the social and cultural backgrounds of pupils, the unions said.
Give them all A pluses, thats what we do here in mASS.

ReplyDeleteWell, I think there should be a new airline, which should be the only one that leaders of teachers unions and professors in ed-schools should be permitted to travel on. Flight crews would be exempt from both the FAA written test, which does not take account of social & cultural backgrounds, and the practical flight test, which is often very stressful.
