The "Free Lunch" Weight Loss Plan v.023

I went 13 straight days at 211. I made an attempt to hold the line once 210 was breached. Some might argue that the seasonal peak is in. Others might argue that my girlfriend made a batch of brownies a few days ago though and they are all gone now. You'll see that damage in May's chart. Oops. :)

I'm not at all worried about the long-term trend. That's all that really matters to me. I'm confident it is still down, especially if this is factored in. Further, hiking season is officially here. I intend to do some this weekend. The weather is predicted to be fantastic.

    I was certainly well "Fed" this winter, lol. Sigh.

    I was roughly this far above the trend line last spring too. Doesn't prove that it's just seasonal variation though. So no, I'm not certain.

    We'll see how I do this summer. I better start seeing the weight come back off soon.

    In any event, I continue to climb 20+ flights of extra stairs everyday. That's definitely a permanent habit.

    Sarcasm is generally a pretty good defense mechanism in my opinion, but even that can't counter a brownie attack it would seem.

    The good news is that the brownie attack eventually fizzled once the ammunition ran out. Sure, there is a lot more brownie mix in the house (hoarder). It's just not much of a threat in its current state! ;)

  6. Just got back on the scale after 3 weeks of house-sitting in LA & Santa Cruz.

    189.5, +10 from end of March, LOL

    Should get back to 180 by the end of this month.

  7. I blame my friend's 120" projection system.

    It only works after nightfall, so I made popcorn every night for two weeks, LOL.

    And not that microwave crap. A healthy splash of safflower oil + two tablespoons of butter, tons of salt, and maybe 1/3 cup of popping corn on the stove.

    Sooo good, especially with an IBC Root Beer.
