We were in Prague once; it had been free for only months so the communist system of resentment, obstruction and stupidity hung on. My wife finally lost her temper and shouted at someone in German. Immediately the problem was solved and service provided. She looks upon it as one of the saddest lessons of her life.
I must admit that the 100.000% fibonacci retracement level does make it very easy to determine the maximum loss a given investment might have. Perhaps even too easy. ;)
