Disgaea promises to let you develop your own clean and prosperous nation!
World's most cost-efficient performance! Limitless random dungeons! Play however many times and hours you want! The strategy RPG that's easy on your wallet!
Don't worry my scared little sheep!
What more could you ask?
I did my part to support our Internet economy (Amazon.com) today. Free super saver shipping. No gasoline expended at my end. Sorry strip malls!
Disclosure: I've played Disgaea 3 for hundreds of hours. It is one of my favorite games on the PS3. That said, the game is a turn based tactical/strategic RPG and is therefore not for everyone.

I'll skip the Kipling reference and point out that gloom is now rolling thru the global marketplace...and the flash PMI for China shows more contraction in their economy. Other Asian markets...Malaysia and Indonesia cliff-diving. Must reiterate, the future is not looking bright and shiney.

S Korean dies after games session
They added that he had recently been fired from his job because he kept missing work to play computer games.
Games are going to get even better and more addicting in the future. Woohoo!

Consumer confidence improves slightly, but future outlook declines to lowest in 31 years
An index tracking consumer expectations fell to its lowest level since May 1980.

fried,
Disgaea 4 should be a *great* escape from reality.
There's nothing quite like playing a "level grinding" game to take one's mind off of a global economic grinding game, lol. Sigh.
