Here's what I said last month.
Trust me on this one. 212 pounds is not a good entry point for long-term buy and hold investors. There's no value here. The chart is luring you in. Don't fall for the technical analysis!
It is not too late to "trim" your holdings. I've apparently leveled off at 212. There's no shame in waking away from a bad trade, especially if you haven't even lost any money yet. Hahaha! :)
204.3 to 200.0 here.
Like I said last month, my first scale weight of the year was 207, but getting back into the diet proper shed that in two weeks.
My scale weight the last two weeks was 201.5 down to 199.5.
getting out of the 200s again is the best milestone of all, but if I'm going to be that 33.5" that Japan requires, I've got a lot of work left, LOL.
Troy,
Congrats!
In high school, I weighed 180 with a 32" waist. Even drank a quart of chocolate milk after each basketball game. Nothing could stick.
In college, weight started to stick but I simply went down to 2% on the milk. No problem.
As I entered the workforce I went down to 1% milk and then eventually 0% milk.
Unfortunately, unlike the 5-year inflation protected treasury, they do not sell milk with a negative percentage, lol. Sigh.
if you wanted to be a billionaire, inventing -1% chocolate milk just might do it.
