Investors Are Still in Hiding
"At some point there could be some panic buying by some individuals if they gain confidence. But the average investor doesn't believe in this."
Only one video could possibly do that quote justice.
I live in the USA and I am concerned about the future. I created this blog to share my thoughts on the economy and anything else that might catch my attention.

At some point there could be some panic selling by some individuals if they lose confidence. But the average investor doesn't believe in this either.
I vote for panic selling over panic buying.
Lloyd in Dumb and Dumber had a great quote about investing:
Lloyd: Well, it's not gonna do us any good sitting here whining about it. We're in a hole. We're just going to have to dig ourselves out.
After 25 years of panic buying, I think the market's panic bought out for a generation.
Mr Slippery,
Panic digging for the win!
Who Struck John,
As of 2002, we are told when to panic. In theory, this will allow to do more panic buying when conditions aren't as terrifying.
"Severe" = "Panic"
The threat level was never lowered to Low (Green) or Guarded (Blue).
We remain in a constant state of partial terror. Fantastic. Sigh.
I'm just waiting for my confidence level to reach panic mode. I won't start digging until then. You're right Mr. Slippery for the win.
nanute,
In the meantime, perhaps you might consider a relaxing video game?
Apple Panic
"The object is to dig holes and pound the apples through the holes."
