I guess dogs really do understand language. Impressive!

I can't say the word "walk" in any context without our dog Honey looking at me with much anticipation. Seriously.
Our dog Cocoa knew the names of all of her many toys at one point. I think she still does but she tends to disregard the ones she doesn't like as much.
Both dogs have a skill we call "selective hearing".
For example, "peanut butter" works much better than "come here". They both tend to be food motivated. :)
And don't even get me started on birds!
