You’d be a ‘fool’ to short the market: Gartman
"It's still a bull market…and if you try to sell it, if you get out of it, especially if you try to go short of it, you make a fool of yourself," Gartman said in a TV interview.
He certainly seems very convinced. It's refreshing to see a true believer speak with such conviction. Anyone who thinks or has thought that stocks are in real trouble and headed for more trouble is a fool. Got it.

More trouble ahead for stocks: Dennis Gartman
"Stocks are in real trouble here, and there's more trouble ahead," Gartman told "Fast Money" on Monday, after the Dow recorded its second-worst day in three years with a 350 point plunge. The move was accompanied by a sell-off in global sovereign debt.
Our goal wasn't to find a fool, it was to find a greater fool. It's hard to say for sure, but maybe today's anecdotal evidence points to someone who might actually pay for Gartman's newsletter? *shrug shoulders*
