Stag,

The fed is about 75% of the way through its announced $1.45 trillion dollar mortgage paper buying binge. At a 4.5% interest rate, that's about $65 billion in interest that will flow to the Fed rather than banks and investors.

Here's the worst of it. After the losses are out of the system, the fed is going to turn that gravy train back over to Wall St. I guarantee it. That will occur despite the fact that the Fed will have proved that we don't need as many handlers and middle men.

What a system. Crookitalism.

You know I ran a poll a while back that asked what the enxt bubble might be and one choice was "Robots" and everyone made fun of me. Only now, at the end, do you understand!

Robots are the new plastics. Go Long and strong.
