I live in the USA and I am concerned about the future. I created this blog to share my thoughts on the economy and anything else that might catch my attention.

Yes, Well, It's Still a Friday Night

I doubt anyone is still reading the old stuff, but I have a quiet Friday
night and figured, why not a Friday Night Rock Blog?
I found this one recently (...
Leeroy's actions have caused the larger World of Warcraft community to use his name to represent any action that could be seen as potentially dangerous and/or incredibly stupid. The Leeroy movie is generally suggested to be a must-see for any and all WoW players. It has become a popular term for a person who causes a bad pull that causes a group wipe.
Immediately following the bankruptcy filing, an already distressed financial market began a period of extreme volatility, during which the Dow experienced its largest one day point loss, largest intra-day range (more than 1,000 points) and largest daily point gain. What followed was what many have called the “perfect storm” of economic distress factors and eventually a $700bn bailout package (Troubled Asset Relief Program) prepared by Henry Paulson, Secretary of the Treasury, and approved by Congress.
It isn't quite what he said. The best I could come up with was, "At least I ain't chicken." I was wrong too though.
The movie concludes with the words "At least I have chicken", which has become a secondary catch-phrase. Schulz has said that KFC is the guild's favorite snack, and that while Leeroy was AFK, he had gone to reheat some leftover chicken in the microwave.
Here's some more Leeroy humor, as seen in the movie YEAR ONE. Leeroy says the chicken phrase twice because the leader couldn't understand what he said the first time. Hahaha!

That Leeroy thing cracks me up everytime I see it!
GYSC,
"LEEROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOY JEEEEEEENKIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINS!"
"LEEHMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN BRRRRRROTHEEEEEERS!"
The resemblance is uncanny! ;)
Stag,
I usually have "zero interest" in gaming humor, but that was funny.
You are so stupid.
At least I'm not a chicken.
So far anyway, the "divine interention" from the high priests at the Fed has been very helpful - to the banksters.
Stag,
This is probably in poor taste, but I'll share it anyway.
The New York Post recently had an article on unique bar drinks in NYC. One of them was called the Elliot Spritzer. It sounds positively whore(i)ble.
mab,

YEAR ONE Exclusive - Leeroy Jenkins: The Gates of Sodom
As for the Elliot Spritzer, I'm definitely not touching that. Literally, lol.
