It sure looks like a bubble to me.

I think it's a perverse variation of Say's Law - when it comes to asset valuation, price creates it's own demand. I'll call it Lemming's Law.

Mish is a zealot. He no doubt would have been shilling for gold back during the late 70s & early 80s bubble.
