I would remind everyone that the 3rd order polynomial trend lines that I have used in this chart are not known for their predictive powers.

That said, damn. I'm not at all optimistic.

Somebody else other than commercial banks must be making those loans. 2011 & 12 non-residential fixed investment structures up 2.1% & 12.7%.

2011 & 12 .5% & 12.9% residential from yesterday's GDP rep.

Q1'13 & Q2'13 non-residential net to zero(owie that's bad) but residential 12.5% % 13.4%.
