California Debt Downgrade Puts Credit Below Louisiana (Update1)
Feb. 9 (Bloomberg) -- First, Superintendent Don Iglesias canceled plans to update science laboratories in public schools in San Jose, the center of the U.S. technology industry. Now he’s preparing to fire hundreds of teachers.
It looks like another anti-stimulus package to me. Perhaps the unemployed teachers can teach the horde of other unemployed workers how to lounge sing?
Here's my thinking.
If you sing a man a song you can keep him entertained for a day, but if you teach a man to lounge sing then you can keep him entertained for life.
As an added bonus, the government could once again heavily tax that man's income.
