I should point out that the chart doesn't talk about debt directly. It is implied though. It's hard to get to 2.3 billion man-hours of labor per month spent solely on new home purchases without the "help" of the banks though. Shocking.

One wonders where we are going to find growth from here. One wonders that a lot, especially this one sitting right here typing this.
