My family's eating out habits have been about the same for the last 2 years, though we buy a lot more food as Costco and fill in the gaps with Ralph's and Trader Joe's.

That's why we *need* an elite political police force in addition to our Homeland Security. The Gazpacho could be dressed entirely in red as an homage to both our soup lines (food stamps) and our national debt!
Recent polling by the Gazpacho shows a 100% approval rating of cold uncooked soup.
Why hasn't anyone else thought of this yet?
