I'm suspect of the "hard" sciences, don't get me started on the social "sciences". Gender studies? Critical Race Theory? Come on!
Besides, a few weeks watching Cramer and one is set for life!
mab,
...don't get me started...
Fair enough. I promise not to force you to click on the following Internet link!
University of Pennsylvania: Wasting time on the Internet
Well, I couldn't resist. I clicked on your link. But my browser said the site wasn't secure. In fact, I've never seen that message before within the comments section of blogger.
I can only imagine!
Years from now anthropologists will study why so many students majored in anthropology. Lol.
mab,
University of Pennsylvania not secure?
Students will be required to stare at the screen for three hours, only interacting through chat rooms, bots, social media and listservs.
When it comes to wasting time on the Internet, I'm self-taught. Saved myself a lot of money on tuition! ;)
Unknown,
Hahaha!
Centuries later, anthropologists will study the anthropologists who studied why so many students studied anthropology.
Talk about job security! The cycle never ends.
That said, I do worry about the amateur anthropologis glut driving down wages. I suspect that there are a lot of amateur anthropologists who study human behavior on their blogs and interact with other amateur anthropologists in the comments of those blogs! ;)
