This explains the push for immigration "reform".

The Millenials are a very large population. But they are not marrying and having children.
We pay the immigrants to have babies. Why don't we do that for the natives?

Same thing happened in Japan after their housing bust in the early 1990s. Go figure.

To achieve the targeted fertility rate, the administration will try to encourage young couples to have at least two children...
