Survey Response Rates

Internal surveys will generally receive a 30-40% response rate (or more) on average, compared to an average 10-15% response rate for external surveys.

Of the one in ten who respond well to surveys, four in ten respond well to clinical trials. Good to know.

Those who have never seen this British sitcom have missed out on one of the greater joys in life! :)

Yes Minister and the sequel Yes Prime Minister are hilarious. Unfortunately, the vast majority of the plots had real-life parallels. For example, after writing the episode about the hospital with tremendous staff but no patients, the writers discovered there were six (6!) hospitals like that in real life in the NHS.

Who Struck John,

Comedy has to be based on truth. You take the truth and you put a little curlicue at the end. - Sid Caesar

Speaking of truth and curlicues, were you aware that time passes faster in a montage? It's absolutely true.

Think how much happier we would all be if our entire election cycle was a montage! That's especially true this year, lol. Sigh.
