Is Greece Germany's Best Friend?

July 10, 2015
Germany Keeps Wiggle Room on Greek Debt

Berlin rejects ‘haircut’ for Greece, willing to consider interest rate trims

This makes perfect sense to me. German Shepherds do not require haircuts but do require nail trims.

Wiggle Room

We hold the philosophy that dogs are companions and family members that deserve to be treated with kindness and positive interaction.

Seeing how Germany treats its pets should give us all hope for a better future.

So, sit up Greece and accept the Euro treat for what it is. Good boy! And if you are really good while I am gone, then we can do another bank run when I come home. There's absolutely no need to panic yet!

So so Let me get this right. There cannot be any haircuts of debt that cannot ever be repaid because that's dangerous, but hey, we can give you a lower rate on that debt. I think only like 100 people on Earth right now see this as disturbed and fantasy land. Still, we cannot have "contagion" ie all this debt all over is fake because people are gonna riot.

Yeah, I think you've got that right. It's like a car salesman.

There is no way that I can possibly come down any further on the price. Here's what I can do though. What if I throw in some underbody rust protection at half price, give you these two tickets to see Terminator Genisys, and get you out on the road in this brand new car today? Deal? ;)

What? You're going to leave without accepting the deal?

Okay, 4 tickets to see Terminator Genisys and I'll even buy all the popcorn!

Please don't say no! I really can't come down on the price any further! It will make me look bad!!
